Our workshop is provided with a full range of CNC wire erosion, EDM and DNC machining centres linked to our state of the art CAD/CAM and machining software.

As well as our main machining centres, we have a wide variety of backup machines to provide the flexibility needed to cope with unusual jobs. This gives us the ability to deal with a wide range of work both in mould manufacture and, importantly, in modifying and repairing existing tooling.

Our equipment comes from the best sources including Bridgeport, Jones & Shipman, Mitsubishi and Ingersoll-Hansen. We have an ongoing programme of replacement and refurbishment to keep our facilities in line with our customers' needs.

Prospective and current customers are always welcome to view our facilities and discuss how we can meet the needs of projects large and small.

Design Office

Superior design engineering is the key to building the finest moulds in the shortest amount of time.

Our in house design office utilizes state of the art CAD/CAM systems and design methods including flow analysis to ensure that our moulds are built to give peak performance and ease of maintenance.
